Cindy Daniels
Cindy is a Stoney Nakoda artist from the Bearspaw First Nation in Morley, AB. Cindy learned all of her artistry, sewing, traditional craft making, quill working and beadwork from her mother, who passed at the age of 91. The colours used have special meaning and connection to Mother Earth and her life’s journey. The designs used are tribal; Sioux and Blackfoot, which signify the traditions of each tribe. Cindy passionately creates and honours the traditions of the matriarchs in her family through her designs and creations.
